The more things change...
Most of you know by now that Valarie has moved on to a new career & that I have gamely, if not without trepidation, stepped forward to steer our beloved Capitol Hill Books into its 26th year. You've all been generously patient with my beginner's ineptitude as I attempted to follow in Val's wake. (Where did she find the energy to accomplish so much with so few hours in a day?) I could never have pulled this off without the staunch support & indomitable spirit of loyal staff members Keith, Seth & Luke (recently & fortuitously joined by Erin).
We are all devoted to Capitol Hill Books and committed to seeing it sail confidently into 2006. My thanks to all of you who demonstrated your support through encouragement & patronage during this crossing. I hope it hasn't been too bumpy.
